Example 1: Underage Account
A person under 18 creates a CarsComm account.
Possible action:
immediate account suspension;
account termination;
deletion or de-identification of account information where appropriate and lawful.
Example 2: User Invites a Minor to use CarsComm
An adult user encourages a person under 18 to create an account or use CarsComm messaging.
Possible action:
warning or suspension;
account termination for serious or repeated conduct;
further investigation.
Example 3: Harmful Message Involving a Minor
A user sends messages that raise a child-safety concern.
Possible action:
immediate message restriction;
account suspension;
preservation of relevant records;
escalation to authorities where appropriate.
Example 4: Upload Involving a Minor
A user uploads content involving a person under 18 without lawful authority or in a way that raises a safety concern.
Possible action:
immediate removal or restriction;
investigation;
account suspension or termination;
authority referral where appropriate.
Example 5: Misuse of Vehicle or Location Information
A user uses vehicle, registration, location or emergency contact information to identify, locate, target or endanger a person under 18.
Possible action:
immediate account termination;
evidence preservation;
referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
Example 6: False or Malicious Report
A user knowingly submits a false child-safety report to harm another user.
Possible action:
warning;
reporting restrictions;
account suspension;
termination for serious or repeated misuse.
Example 7: Good-faith Report
A user reports a genuine concern, even if later found not to breach this Policy.
Possible action:
no action against the reporting user;
review by CarsComm;
appropriate safety response if needed.
